It's a rare occasion for all the Woodwards to come together for dinner out like this, and it was fun!Jake is having surgery done on his ear the day before Thanksgiving so he won't want to eat anything at that point! Sharla arranged a special family dinner at the Firehouse Pizzeria so Jake would get Thanksgiving with his family and his favorite food. At the same time, it served to help Matt with a fundraiser.
We ate well! However, it was right in the middle of the U vs BYU game. Mike W. was recording the game and didn't want any talk of the scores. Can't say I blame him. After dinner, he went back and watched the game like it was live. Here's to DVR's!!
After dinner, we came home and watched I Am Legend with Sharla and Leo since they had never seen it. Sharla still says she can't tell the difference between Blu-Ray and DVD. She'll come around with just a little more time.
