Amanda and Ethan found a new recipe for coconut cream pie and decided to make one. Ethan likes to work in the kitchen with Amanda to bake things. I hate it! It's cool he likes it though because it gives them something to spend time together on. Here's a picture of Ethan after he covered the pie in whipped cream and dug in. Of course, we all helped him, but he was the most excited and the picture would explain.
